Process Operators

Our Process Operators can be found in the production installations and in the control room for the steering and monitoring of the production process. This involves a wide range of techniques and process automation. Young graduates in technical subjects (chemistry, process technology, (electro-) mechanics, electrical techniques or industrial sciences) or employees with an initial job experience can count on a thorough training in this job. Engineers

Bayer offers numerous opportunities for engineers with varied backgrounds and experience. At Bayer, engineers can develop into specialists or managers. An international career is also possible.

Depending on your experience and ambitions, you work as member of an operational team in a production company which ensures that the installation works as efficiently as possible, or you are part of our technical services who give technical advice and assistance on a project basis for the production process. Can you demonstrate a wide experience in architecture, interior decoration, civil engineering, infrastructure works, construction of furnaces and corrosion-resistant structures, scaffolding construction, corrosion control, insulation, safety coordination and/or contractor management? Quality control

Bayer has a unique and long experience in the area of quality control. As a result, we have a great deal of expertise in assisting chemical production sites and in implementing environmental monitoring programmes.
