If you are looking for work and are between the ages of 18 and 25, and want to retrain as an operator in the chemicals sector, then an internship in the S.I.R.A. project might just be the thing for you. The S.I.R.A. project began in 1987 from a cooperation between Bayer and a group of other chemicals companies from Antwerp with their social partners. In the course of an academic year, young people who wish to improve their chances of employment are trained as employees in the chemicals sector.
